This is very well documented railroad history! I would note that on slide 140 of the presentation, the photo is labeled as being taken from US30/St. Rt. 45. I believe the phot is taken from Grant St. in Lisbon, with 2 tracks crossing. The incline for the coal cars went down below DW Dickey's, that's where the coal tipples were located.
